What has been your favorite class at COA? Why?
I really enjoyed animation 1 and 2. In animation I can create whatever I want to. There are no limits. Sometimes I would wake up at night with a great idea for a scene. And of course the best part is when they come alive on the screen.
What was your favorite project at COA? Why?
For the human ecology core course we were asked to create our own syllabus and think about how the course could be improved. It was strange to come up with something concrete when the whole world is open to you. However once we narrowed it down it was the best feeling.

What is one of your favorite childhood memories?
Near our house there is this slope. Since I grew up in the Alps there always was a lot of snow. In winter my friend and I would start rolling a snowball at the top of the hill. The ball would increase in size (sometimes bigger than us). The challenge was to get it over the bumpy bottom of the hill without it breaking. We made it once.
