Maine Sea Grant is a state-federal partnership based at the University of Maine and sponsored by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the State of Maine. They are part of a network of 30 Sea Grant programs throughout the coastal and Great Lakes states supporting marine and coastal scientific research and education.

College of the Atlantic students have the opportunity to participate in programs from Maine Sea Grant obtaining hands-on learning with our local marine life and the sciences surrounding it.
