Computer Services

College of the Atlantic has a fully integrated computer network with high speed fiber-optic connections between all buildings and offices on campus (including ethernet connections in every dorm room), and T1 connectivity to the internet. There are also several student-staffed computer labs, a computer graphics/design studio, a geographic information systems lab, and several wireless access points in various places on campus, including the library, dining hall, and several classrooms. All classrooms have hard-wired ethernet connections.

We also provide a fully staffed computer services department to maintain and upgrade the labs and network, as well as assist students, faculty, and staff with computer issues. COA is fully engaged and committed to providing high quality, high speed, and reliable access to information networking and technology.

Note: All users are subject to the College's Computer Usage Policy.
