Committee minutes are now kept in Google Sites.
To view and search the minutes:

1. You must be logged into an active COA gmail account to view the minutes.

2. Go to https://sites.google.com/a/coa.edu/governance-minutes/

3. Click on committee name in left hand column

4. Click on date range you are looking for

5. Use ctrl-F (win) or cmd-F (mac) to bring up the browser's search field

6. Type in date or term/phrase you are looking for in that page

7. The browser will skip ahead to the first instance in the page

8. Use the next and previous buttons to skip around to each found instance of your search term in the page
